Please note we have a strict no returns policy on all evening gowns purchased. Due to the nature of the item we are unable to return any orders placed, as each gown is created specifically for you.
If you place an order with us the dress will take some time to arrive. When your gown arrives in store, you will be invited in for your final appointment with us. During this appointment you will have the opportunity to try the gown on and ensure it is perfect!
During this stage should there be a fault with the dress it will be rectified with the designer and your gown will be replaced.
We will not be held liable for general wear and tear. Any heavily embellished and beaded dresses must be worn with care. The nature of this style of dress is that should the bead work get caught it will naturally unravel and Pretty Perfect will not be accountable for mending garments.
Should you wish to get in contact we can recommend a number of experienced seamstresses.
We aim to deliver exclusivity at Pretty Perfect with our 'One School One Dress' Policy. To ensure you do not bump into someone at prom with the same dress: we only sell one dress in each colour to your school. We keep track of this so please state your school when you book in.
There are circumstances out of our control. Should another boutique from a different area also stock the same dress and sell to someone at your school we can not be held accountable.
The Pretty Perfect Boutique are committed to ensuring protection of all personal information that we hold, and to provide and to protect all such data. We recognise our obligations in updating and expanding this program to meet the requirements of GDPR.
